The LA Times reports today that the Larchmont / Windsor Square / Koreatown zip code 90004 (Highland to Virgil, Melrose to 3rd) showed one of the greatest price rebounds in the Southern California housing recovery currently underway.
According to the LA Times:
Although that’s still a long way from the top, it’s the biggest percentage gain in the Southland, according to a Los Angeles Times analysis of data provided by real estate information firm DataQuick. •Los Angeles’ tony Hancock Park and diverse Koreatown (90004), up 85.8% to $1,050,000.The Times interactive map allows you to explore any of the thousands of neighborhoods around the Southland.
