Every household in the United States is now eligible to order four free COVID-19 rapid tests from the U.S. government, to keep on hand for future use. The tests are free, and will ship via the US Postal Service in 7-12 days from the date ordered.  (Note that because of the shipping time, people in need of immediate testing should still seek out a local testing site.) Go to https://special.usps.com/testkits to place your order.  Only one order will be processed per household. The only information requested is your name, e-mail address, and mailing address; no further information or qualification is required.
