Clark Street Larchmont Open Today

Clark Street Larchmont is now open! Owner Zach Hall (center) with the Larchmont team this morning.

The wait is over!  Clark Street bakery at 139 1/2 N. Larchmont Blvd. is now open. We stopped by this morning to find owner Zach Hall and his team setting up for the first day of operation on Larchmont. Hall told us he is really excited about the Larchmont location.

A window full of freshly baked pastries and breads beckons Larchmontonians into the Clark Street bakery’s newest location at 139 1/2 Larchmont Blvd.

“This is our sixth location and I think this is going to be one of our best,” said Hall.

The space, (formerly Uncool Burgers) has been spiffed up a lot. There’s a long marble bakery counter stocked with rustic breads and stunning pastry. Near the back of shop is a kitchen turning out breakfast and lunch all day. For now it’s take out only, but soon, hopefully next week according to staff, they will have tables and chairs set up in the front as well as in the back on the mostly covered patio. The plan is to be open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to  3:00 p.m. This week’s soft opening is giving staff members a chance to fine tune their operation, so stop by and say hello.

Everything is based fresh daily at their Echo Park bakery. As part of our service to you dear reader, we had to buy some samples so we can reliably report that everything is delicious.
