According to KCET-TV’s SoCal Connected and the LA Times, an LA Superior Court Judge ruled late on Friday that media companies Clear Channel Entertainment and CBS must pull the plug on 77 digital billboards by 5pm Monday, April 15th…today.
On Tuesday, all parties are expected to be back in court. It appears this is not over, but that the legal battle will continue with the lights out.
This should impact all of the boards in the following neighborhood locations: Melrose & Seward, Melrose & Wilton, Melrose & Mansfield, La Brea & Olympic, La Brea & 1st, La Brea & Beverly and La Brea & Melrose…all Clear Channel Outdoor digital boards.
