Dreaming of an Office on Larchmont? Here’s Two for Lease

Imagine working on this outdoor patio overlooking the heart of Larchmont Blvd.

If you’ve ever imagined yourself working on Larchmont, now’s your chance.  Last week, we took a tour of two office spaces for lease with local realtor David Aschkenasy, who also recently leased a number of retail spaces on the Boulevard. (Stay tuned to the Buzz for the scoop on those spaces soon!)

Located at 201 and 205 North Larchmont, the offices are on the second floor above Daas Optique, Pressed Juciery, Tacos Tu Madre and Bellacures. Access to the offices is from the back and up one flight of stairs. Both units have one parking space.

According to Aschkenasy, Suite 201 has been completely remodeled. The 600 square foot suite features two offices, a small waiting room and a bathroom with shower, just in case you need one. The office was formerly occupied by a therapist. The rent is $3,200 a month.

Our personal favorite was Suite 205. We could imagine buzzing from the open floor plan that features a kitchenette and a small office off the main space. But the best part is the outdoor patio overlooking the heart of Larchmont Blvd. At 700 square feet, the unit will rent for $3,700.

Suite 205 features a large open floor plan with a kitchenette and an outdoor patio.

A second floor, outdoor patio, on Larchmont Blvd, could be the perfect COVID office, except when it rains!

Here’s David giving us a tour of the two-suite office. The views are not so great, unless you like HVAC systems, but the light is really nice.

Another office in the Suite 201 with much better views.

Both units come with parking. The entrance to the offices is up the back stairs in the rear of the building.

If you’ve found your dream office, let us know when you move in!
