We are fortunate to live in one of the greenest parts of the city, thanks to our urban tree canopy and several local parks. #eyesonlarchmont photographer and Buzz Contribution Charlie Hess recently sent us some photos of Memorial Park, our lovely Brookside neighborhood park that is often filled with neighbors enjoying time outside in our urban nature.
It’s been well documented that spending time outside is good for us. It helps elevate our mood and lower our blood pressure. If you don’t have time for a hike this weekend, consider spending some time walking around our lovely neighborhood parks.
