Spring has arrived! Windsor Square resident and Hancock Park restaurateur Nancy Silverton, owner of Pizzera Mozza and Short Order at the Farmers Market, ushers in the season by sharing the recipe for one of our favorite Mozza dishes – the Mozza Caprese salad.
This video is like going on a short little vacation. It’s long (for a video)…and there are commercials…but on the other side of the ads is wonderful content. The video cooking magazine Panna Origins not only captures Silverton taking the viewer through the recipe, but also takes us to the vendors that supply the ingredients.
