Finally, you can read the numbers on the parking spaces in the city parking lot on Larchmont Blvd. Thanks to the heroic efforts of the CD13 District staffer George Hakopiants, who has been working with the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) since March, the new numbers were painted a few weeks ago.
“This was among the top requests we got from residents when Larchmont became part of Councilmember O’Farrell’s district,” Hakopiants told the Buzz. “LADOT has a process for making repairs and improvements, we made sure Larchmont was flagged by the department so it was in the queue to get the work done.”
In addition, Hakopiants had some way-finding signs installed to make it easier for visitors to find our local parking lots.

Now, if I can just figure out how to use the LADOT parking app, parking on Larchmont will be a breeze…if there’s a spot available! We’d be curious to hear if any readers have figured out the app. Buzz us at [email protected].
