According to Councilmember Tom LaBonge’s office, drivers in the Mid-Wilshire area can expect lane closures over the next two weeks, around the southeast corner of Wilshire and La Brea.
From July 24th to July 26th, the northbound gutter lane of La Brea Avenue, between 8th Street and Wilshire Boulevard, will be closed.
From August 1st to August 4th, the eastbound center and gutter lane of Wilshire Boulevard, between La Brea Avenue and Sycamore Avenue will be closed.
The road closures are due to construction at the Wilshire La Brea BRE development.
