Woman Shot By Mugger in Windsor Square – 4th Street Between Westminster and Norton

Multiple news sources are reporting that a Windsor Square woman was shot in the leg while being attacked by a robber at approximately 6:45am this morning, Monday, November 14th.  The victim was walking to her car in the 4500 block of 4th Street (between Norton and Wesminster) when the robber approached her. She resisted and the attacker shot her. She was taken to the hospital and is recovering.

The shooter ran from the scene and is at large.
