Construction Scaffolding Comes Down for Holey Grail Donuts

Construction scaffolding removed today reveals the new Holey Grail Donuts storefront on Larchmont Blvd.

Construction scaffolding was removed today from the former Lipson Building, soon to be the Larchmont Mercantile, revealing the corner location leased to Hawaii-based Holey Grail Donuts, which is expected to open later this spring. After more than a year of living with construction scaffolding, residents and local businesses can now see the 13-storefront renovation undertaken by the building’s new owner, Christina Development.

Holey Grail Donuts is one of two tenants we reported the developer of Larchmont Mercantile announced last year. The other is Skin Laundry, a laser facial clinic with dozens of locations around the city.

Buzz food writer Deborah Brooks checked out Holey Grail Donuts on a recent visit to Hawaii. Bummer that she didn’t take us, but she posted this message from her foray. Can’t wait to meet our newest Larchmont business.
