Councilman Tom LaBonge has organized a Community Emergency Preparedness Meeting for CD4 and the Greater Wilshire neighborhoods. It will take place this coming Tuesday, June 18th from 6p-8p at the Farmers Insurance Offices on Wilshire Boulevard.

Representatives from a collection of  LA City Departments involved in emergency preparedness and emergency response will come together to educate attendees and help us to formulate community and personal plans built for 2013 and beyond.

With advances in technology, we can all use a brush up on our emergency preparedness! This meeting will help our community to tap into information that can help our families function at the highest level in the event of a future emergency.
