LBA Holiday Open House and Small Business Saturday – November 26th

lba_2016holidayopenhouse_slider

A bit tired of turkey? Ready for a stroll and some holiday cheer? Come on out to shop local on Larchmont Boulevard, Saturday November 26th. Grab a family member, grab a friend…and support Small Business Saturday, while enjoying the Larchmont Boulevard Association (LBA) Holiday Open House.

Take in the festive decorations lining the street, marvel at the holiday window displays, and let your ears be filled with the sounds of the season, as you listen to carolers, who will be traveling the boulevard between First Street and Beverly.

Councilman David Ryu will be joining the fun, as he makes an appearance. The LBA will be sponsoring a tram, which will transport you up and down Larchmont, between First Street and Melrose, from noon until 3:30 p.m., as you gather holiday treasures for the loved ones on your list. The LBA will also be sponsoring a raffle. Pick up your raffle ticket, with a purchase, at any of the Larchmont Boulevard Association member businesses.

Raffle tickets should be dropped off at the Wilshire Rotary Tree Lot (between Rosewood and Clinton). There will be three drawings at the tree lot – at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. The prize for each drawing is a choice of a Christmas tree (up to 6 feet tall), or a holiday wreath. Winners can either pick up their tree or wreath on the 26th, or at a later date.

Not one of the lucky winners, or perhaps you cannot wait for the raffle results? Go ahead and choose your tree, wreath and garlands, on the spot at the Wilshire Rotary Tree Lot – they’ll even have them delivered right to your home! And the best part is, all proceeds are channeled back into the community.

Don’t forget to catch a quick visit with Santa, too! He’ll be there to hear your holiday wishes.
