Wilshire Rotary Tree Lot Doubles as Drop Off Site for LAPD Olympic Division’s Operation Shoes From Santa

The team at LAPD Olympic Community Police Station has been working hard to collect new shoes for underprivileged school children. Santa will distribute these shoes to the children at LAPD’s Olympic Division Holiday Celebration on Thursday, December 20th.

To help gather more shoes, Santa is joining the LAPD team this Sunday to pick up any last minute donations at a drop-off site at the Wilshire Rotary Tree Lot on Larchmont Boulevard. They need shoes in all sizes – for boys and girls. This is a nice way to reach out to children in need – to brighten their holidays in a way that is totally useful.

Santa and his team of LAPD Olympic Division Officers will be at the Tree Lot at 2p on Sunday. Drop off shoes before then – or join them at 2p and enjoy the festivities!
