Windsor Square’s former Chandler Estate – at the corner of 5th and Lorraine – is a big enough draw to generate press in two major newspapers this week!
The Wall Street Journal featured the home as a “Noteworthy Home in California” in its popular House of the Day profile in Tuesday’s Real Estate section. As the Larchmont Buzz has previously reported, the home is on the markets for $11,250,0000. The 10,000 square foot home has recently been renovated and features 3 bedroom suites, five bathrooms and a new kitchen.
It is the renovation that is the subject of the second story. A piece in the Los Angeles Times offers an update on the real estate dispute between the current owners and the prior owner.
