The Hancock Park estate of producer John Wells is for sale. According to Variety:
“Writer, director and producer behind the hit TV series “ER,” “The West Wing” and “Shameless,” is seeking to significantly thin his residential property portfolio, concurrently listing a stately mansion in L.A.’s hoity-toity Hancock Park at $14.5 million and a rustic-luxe, two-residence compound in Vail, Colo., for $19.5 million.”
The Hancock Park home is on S. Hudson Ave., one of the nicest streets in Hancock Park, with large, deep lots set back from the street. The listing refers to it as a “Stunning multi structure Tennis Estate,” on a full acre of land, with many other amenities.
