Sadly, the Hollywood Bowl summer season has been cancelled, another casualty of COVID-19. But the Bowl and ever-resilient entrepreneurs Caroline Styne and Suzanne Goin, who recently re-opened the restaurant A.O.C., have come up with a way for you to enjoy one of the best parts of the legendary venue — dining under the stars — in your own backyard.
“Hollywood Bowl Supper To Go” lets you enjoy Hollywood Bowl food and wine at home. The James Beard Award winning duo of Styne and Goin are now offering delicious meals prepared daily in their on-site kitchen, all paired with excellent wines, to go. And safe, contactless, curbside pickup is available at the Bowl in Parking Lot A on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, between 4-7pm. (Note that orders should be placed in advance for the best availability, and limited options may be available.)
And after you have your feast, you can click here to watch and listen to previously-recorded music performed at the Bowl, along with interviews and listening guides for the performances.
It’s not quite the quintessential LA summer Bowl experience, but it’s definitely a great way to support the Bowl while you’re staying safe at home.
Caroline Styne is a Hancock Park resident another reason to enjoy the Hollywood Bowl Supper to Go!
