Thanks to Hancock Park resident and intrepid skywatcher Linda Sanoff, we are always informed about our lunar events. This week Sanoff shared her photos of February’s full moon, the first of 2021. This moon is also known as the Snow Moon because it occurs during February, a frequently snowy month. In our neighborhoods, we can enjoy the moon without the snow.
According to the Farmers Almanac, the moon will be fullest this evening. We’d love to see your photos.
