Larchmont Village and Local Businesses Nominated for LA Times Best of the Southland

The LA Times Readers Choice poll nominated Larchmont Village and several local businesses. Voting runs through May 21.

Larchmont Village and several local businesses including Larchmont Village Wine, Spirits and Cheese Shop, Larchmont Sanctuary Spa, Le Petit Greek, and Muraya Restaurant have been nominated in the Los Angeles Times’ annual “Best of the Southland Reader’s Choice” poll run by the newspaper’s advertising department.

Nominations and voting are divided among 5 regions: Orange County, South Bay/Long Beach/South Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley/Ventura, San Gabriel Valley/Inland Empire and Westside/Downtown/East Los Angeles — Larchmont is in the last region.

So we get that it’s an advertising promotion, but it would be nice for our local village to get some recognition, right? Larchmont Village is competing against The Grove for best Shopping Destination. We should totally win that right?

Larchmont Village fans can “vote” for our local favorites by clicking here.

Scroll through the list and you can vote for some mid-city favorites like Met Her At A Bar and Canters Deli; and Monsieur Marcel, Sticker Planet and Kip’s Toyland at the Original Farmers Market.

Voting is open now and runs through May 21. There’s no cost to vote and we didn’t have to fill out any forms, so why not?
