The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) recently re-launched its Efficient Product Marketplace (EPM), a website that provides information about energy-saving products, points customers to vendors and retailers that sell them and allows customers to submit receipts directly online for LADWP energy-efficiency rebates.
According to the DWP, the re-launched site is designed to be a one-stop shop for energy-saving goods and savings.  It’s divided into sections for single-family residential customers, apartment and condo residents, property owners and managers, small business owners, mid to large businesses and low-income residents.  Each section contains products and information of interest to those specific groups.
Among the rebate offers that can be accessed through the new site are Energy Star® LED lamps and Energy Star® and Energy Star® Most Efficient refrigerators and televisions, and a new $50 rebate on Energy Star® room air conditioners.  (Future additions may also include web-enabled programmable thermostats, smart thermostats and advanced power strips.)
You can also find out how to get free shower heads, apply for low-income discounts, solar energy incentives, electric car chargers and much more.
Looks like it should be a very helpful resource in our continuing efforts to save water and power!
