Alert: Recent Robberies Reported in Larchmont Village Area

Olympic Division Senior Lead Officer Joseph Pelayo shared news of two recent robberies that occurred in the Larchmont Village neighborhood. The first was reported on November 7th (600 N. Wilton Place) and the second occurred on November 11th (4700 block of Elmwood).

The suspects are described as two male blacks, 5′ 9″-5′ 10″, 190-200 pounds, 30-35 years old. One of the suspects is described as wearing a beanie (black or blue). The suspects have targeted lone females walking or sitting in their vehicles. These robberies have occurred in the late evening between 11 PM and 1 am. Based on the time and method of operation, it is believed that these suspects are responsible for both robberies.

Olympic Division is providing extra patrol in this area.

  • Please use caution if you are out late at night.
  • Do not walk alone.
  • Do not walk around talking on your cell phone.
  • Be aware of your surroundings.
  • Call 911 if you see any suspicious person or activity immediately.
