LA City stakeholders are in for a treat! The City of Los Angeles has launched it’s first comprehensive mobile app – MyLA311. The app provides direct mobile access to LA City services and information.
- Submit Service Request – allows the user to request City services, including pothole repair, bulky item pickup and graffiti removal
- City Hall News
- Direct Payment of LA Department of Water and Power Bill
- Find City Info – find parks, libraries, fire stations, police stations, golf courses and more!
One feature that will get a lot of use in our area will be the pothole ‘Submit Service Request’ for pothole repair. The user can snap a picture of the pothole and send it in to the Bureau of Street Services via the app. The service request will be tracked using mapping services and the user will receive feedback on the status of their request.
The app is available for iPhone and Android devices.

About Mary
Mary has lived in the Hancock Park area for over 20 years - including homes in Larchmont Village and Windsor Square. Mary has lived in some great places in her life - but none compare to the convenience and majesty of our neighborhood. For Mary, the neighborhood has been a wonderful home to her large, extended family...at one time she had family members living on seven different Hancock Park area blocks! Larchmont Buzz is a labor of love - built to celebrate the neighborhood and to elevate the conversation in the area.
