The L.A. Times this morning ran a preview of the City Council’s busy agenda for the upcoming year, when that body is expected to enact new rules for street vending, short-term rentals, digital billboards and handling possessions of the homeless. The Times also mentions the Measure S/Neighborhood Integrity Initiative ballot measure, which will come up for voters in the spring election season, as another hot topic sure to provide much vigorous discussion.
