Senior Lead Officer Joseph Pelayo notified the Buzz that LAPD has arrested a burglary suspect today on the 200 block of South Lorraine. The suspect was observed by construction workers removing property from the garage of a residence. This is a significant arrest, as the suspect has been linked to other burglaries in Windsor Square and Larchmont Village. He is in custody and the investigation is ongoing.
