Maybe you’ve noticed that Larchmont Boulevard has a few more available retail spaces than normal? It’s a time of transition – but also a time full of opportunity for businesses looking to tap into what our street has to offer.
With space available in the former locations of Jon Douglas Realty, Blockbuster, Pink Berry and a small portion of what was Spirituali – two new leases have been signed this summer and new food vendors are set to open.
Opening soon in the space that was formerly a part of the larger Spirituali Space – ‘Lette Macarons (originally started on Charleville in Beverly Hills). ‘Lette is a collaboration between – owner Paulette Koumetz and master Macraon chef Christophe Michalak. They are working towards an early fall opening. According to their website, they’ve won the Beverly Hills Design award for the concept and design of their Beverly Hills shop – here’s to hoping that they bring the same kind of bright light to Larchmont Boulevard!
