A Nod to Captain Hancock

Allen Hancock, namesake of the Hancock Park area, is remembered by Sid Gally, reporter for the the Pasadena Star News, who met the man during a Boy Scout meeting many years ago. This brief story, based on Gally’s personal recollection, is great for a quick brush-up on the man behind the name we all use daily – Hancock Park.
