Whistle While You Work, or Look

Who hasn’t strolled down Larchmont and peered over the fence at the corner of 2nd, wondering aloud what the inside of Snow White’s house really looks like?  Could there perhaps be a small bed or two left over from some of the Dwarfs? Could the Evil Queen’s Magic Mirror possibly be stashed in a closet? If you stand on the bridge, would your singing soar like Snow White’s?

Now’s your chance to peak inside. The house is back on the market at a reduced price of $995K. It was custom-built in 1976 for actress Adriana Caselotti, the Disney “voice” of  the 1937 (animated) Snow White. You can see the open floor plan, massive beams and cedar walls, and of course the famous wishing well in the offering by Prudential Realty.

Curbed LA also had a piece on the Larchmont cottage back in December 2010.
