Cinespia will be screening the 1993 thriller Jurassic Park on July 3rd, followed by late-night fireworks for those looking for a bit of Independence Day noise and sparkle.
Bring a picnic, blanket, low chairs and some warm clothing. Doors open at 7:30 pm and the show will begin at 9pm. The event will end at 11 pm with the content crowd stumbling back through the graveyard in the dark – one of the more memorable components of any graveyard screening.
Tickets ($12) for the event at Hollywood Forever Cemetery need to be pre-purchased on the Cinespia website. Parking on-site or across the street at Paramount is also available with a reservation. This is highly recommended as it saves a lot of time plying the neighborhood looking for a hard-to-find parking spot when everyone else is doing the same.
