An experimental vocalist, songwriter, painter, and long-standing contributor to the Los Angeles music scene, Nora’s journey as a sound healer commenced during a period of anxiety and depression following the loss of her father. Seeking relief, she embarked on a self-exploration journey, directing her voice towards areas of emotional constriction. Leveraging her understanding of chakras, she designed vocal meditations infused with intention, experiencing significant alleviation from the weight of debilitating emotions after each session.

Her profound personal transformations led her to share her expertise publicly, establishing a sound healing practice in 2011. Through her unique blend of vocal expression, resonating frequencies, seamlessly integrated binaural beats, and energy healing modalities, Nora continues to offer solace and empowerment to those seeking healing and balance – leaving participants feeling both inspired and released from tensions & anxieties.

In addition to experiencing this specially attuned auditory experience, attendees will be invited to contribute to an altar, leaving the names of their loved ones. This symbolic gesture enhances the collective energy and intention, making the event a powerful and communal experience.

About Nora Keyes:

Nora Keyes is an experimental vocalist, songwriter, painter, and long-standing contributor to the Los Angeles music scene. She has developed a unique hypnotic vocal style that is soulful, ethereal, and unfixed in this dimension. Her musical endeavors include her performing solo, work as a sound healer, and her bands Elf Freedom (current) which is a psychedelic improvised highly hypnotic experience, Rococo Jet, The Centimeters, and Fancy Space People

In her work as a sound healer, Keyes harnesses the transformative power of sound healing to aid individuals grappling with anxiety, trauma, depression, and physical ailments. Crafting a distinctive approach to singing, she seamlessly integrates resonating frequencies and binaural beats, channeling the profound influence of sound on both the body and mind. Parking is available in both front lot (entry from Los Feliz Blvd. when heading east) and back lot (entry from first alley way, off Griffith Park Blvd. from intersection with Los Feliz Blvd.), as well as ample street parking on Griffith Park Blvd.
