The Los Angeles Unified School District has launched a stakeholder survey to solicit input on the hiring of a new District Superintendent to replace Ramon Cortines, who returned to the position out of retirement last year after the resignation of then-superintendent John Deasey.  Cortines has announced his decision to step down from the position at the end of the current school year.  The survey is open to all LAUSD parents, students, staff and community members.  It can be found at https://survey.ecragroup.com/index.php/887999/lang-en# and takes about five minutes to complete.
