Funds Available for Community Preservation, Beautification and Safety

Do you have a community project that needs funding? The Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council (GWNC) has limited funds available for community beautification, historic preservation, safety, school and other projects.

To see if your project qualifies for funding, read the GWNC Funding Guidelines  and the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment’s guidelines for Neighborhood Purposes Grants where you can also find the application.

Submit your application the GWNC as soon as possible. The neighborhood council will hear presentations from qualified applicants at their February 12 board meeting and will vote on which projects to fund at the March 12 meeting.

Questions?  Contact [email protected] before applying.
