Village Pizzeria is Back…or May Be Soon

We just got word from a very reliable source that Village Pizzeria is coming back this Friday with a limited quantity of par-baked offerings that customers can finish off at home.

According to our source, Village Pizzeria is testing the waters with this new idea, starting this Friday, to see if it can serve safely and if there’s interest in the community. Here’s the message our source shared with us, which was also posted on social media:

“Hello out there.

We’ve been doing our part staying home, following quarantine guidelines issued by the CDC, HD, and our local, state and federal government officials. Up til now, we haven’t felt comfortable putting our health and the health of our staff , customers/the general public at risk considering the unpredictability of this virus.

With that said, after a 3 week quarantine period, we’ve decided we’d like to try to safely operate and get back to pizza makin! So, we’d like to know, who’d be interested in Village pizza this Friday night perhaps 5-8 pm (as supplies last), offering 9” and 14” cheese, pepperoni, or sausage “par-baked” pizzas. We will also make our baked ziti too, plain and sausage only.

Please note that we’re “PAR-BAKING” them so you can “take & bake” to re-heat at home! It will be first come first serve, so please let us know ASAP, if you’d be interested.

Thanks”

We’re in. How about you? You can find the restaurant on Instagram @villagepizza_ or Facebook and let staff know what you think.

We can almost smell pizza baking in our home oven!

Village Pizzeria has been taking a break…but starting Friday, it will be testing a re-opening offering par-baked pizzas.

  1. Believe it worked out so well Friday evening that they also opened Saturday & Sunday, selling out right away. Neighbors were finding out on nextdoor.
