Village Pizzeria Offering Pizza Saturday

Village Pizzeria is popping up this Saturday, with orders by email only, and contactless pick up Saturday from 3-7 p.m.  We loved the story behind this photo Cohen posted on Village Pizzeria’s Instagram account. It was taken several years ago when Paul Stanley, cofounder of the Kiss rock band and and amateur pizza maker, stopped by to learn Cohen’s pizza-making technique.

Village Pizzeria is popping up this weekend in response to the recent outpouring of support from customers and neighbors when Cohen posted he was offering pizza last week. Cohen told the Buzz he sold out within two hours last Thursday. Since he didn’t get to fulfill all the orders, he decided to offer the option again this weekend.

“Due to the overwhelming outpouring of love and the rapid email response by our loyal customers, we have decided to do another limited fresh prep of dough for 9” & 16” pies for this Saturday 3-7 p.m.,” posted Cohen on his Instagram account.  “Again, we thank you all for your 🍕love & support of village pizzeria now and always ! 25 years.”

Orders can only be placed by email [email protected].  The following pizza toppings are available:
Pepperoni, pesto, sausage, olives (green & black), onions, green peppers, mushrooms, artichokes, feta, salami, pineapple, basil, tomato, and garlic.  Small house salads are available too.

It’s been a challenging time for Village Pizzeria, but Cohen is deeply rooted in the community and says he wants to keep making pizza any way he can.

  1. i love this!!!! i just placed my order. i hope Village Pizzeria gets to stay. part of the reason i fell in love and moved to the larchmont area is the small business, neighborhood feel. this will be a huge loss to the community if everything becomes big box.
