Want a great option for lunch or dinner today? From 11:00 this morning until 8:00 this evening, LAPD’s Olympic Division Station, 1130 S. Vermont Ave., will be hosting a barbecue to raise money for its officers who participate in the annual Police Unity Tour – a three-day, long-distance bike ride from New Jersey to Washington, D.C., to honor officers who gave their lives in the line of duty.

Each plate – for lunch, dinner or just a hearty snack – costs just $7, and includes carne asada or chicken tacos, along with beans, rice and a drink.  Every purchase also enters you into a raffle for great prizes.

So stop in, get some great food, and support our local officers who will be riding in the event!
