Our local libraries are great resources for free and unique entertainment for all ages. We suggest a regular peek at the websites for your favorite local branch – whether it be the John C. Fremont Branch on Melrose, the Memorial Branch on Olympic or the Wilshire Branch on St. Andrews Place. Area librarians are most resourceful and have worked hard to build calendars that elevate the library experience beyond the quite zone we generally think of when we think of a library.
Here is an upcoming event that has been called to our attention by a Larchmont Buzz reader:

Professional harpist Charissa Barger will perform a session for all age groups at the Memorial Branch Library on Monday, March 3. The concert is free and the music will come from all over the world with audience participation.
