
Real estate developer Rick Caruso has proposed to build a 20-story residential tower on La Cienega Boulevard and San Vicente Blvd winning the approval of city officials and some local residents to deviate from the current height limit of 45 feet.
The project, 333 La Cienega, Â is similar in style though substantially taller than nearby 8500 Burton Way, an eight-story residential tower with a Trader Joe’s on the ground level also built by Caruso.
