Buzz COVID-19 Resources

As the coronavirus pandemic plays out, the Buzz will help in any way it can.  To date, we have added three special pages to our website:

COVID-19 Businesss Closures & Announcements – Closures and changes in services for as many local businesses as we’ve heard from.

COVID19 Community Resources – Resources you might find helpful while sheltering at home and/or searching for various kinds of help in the categories of Education, Employment, Food, Health and Medical, Housing, and Small Business Assistance.

COVID19 How You Can Help – Places where you can help our community and those affected in various ways by the crisis by donating money, time and other resources.

You can access the pages through the links above, the graphics for each page rotating in the upper-right-hand corner of our website, the graphics links in our daily subscriber e-mails, or through the COVID-19 category link in the main menu for the website.  All of the pages are updated as often as we receive new information.

Also, as we previous reported, we are offering free website ads to our local businesses, to help get word out about their closures or changes in service.  (If you would like to place a free ad, please send your graphic, of either 350 x 250  or 300 x 170 pixels, to [email protected]  (Or, if you would like our help in creating an ad, we can also do that for a fee of $50.)

If you have updates for any of our COVID-19 pages, at any time, please send them to [email protected]
