Travelling along Wilshire Blvd. these days, we see a lot of the surface-level construction and disruptions related to the current Purple Line Subway Extension construction. So we may be tempted to think that’s all that’s going on at the moment. But there’s also a lot happening behind (and under!) the scenes, too.
