EaterLA is reporting that Kevin Kathman is the new chef at The Larchmont, the Californian farm-to-table restaurant on Melrose and Lucerne. Kathman’s resume includes a six-year stint at The French Laundry, the perennial top rated US restaurant located in Napa Valley’s Yountville.
