Community Leader Fred Marsical Enters Race for City Council District 4 Race

Neighborhood leader Fred Mariscal has entered the race for Los Angeles City Council in District 4. Mariscal is a three-term member of the Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council (GWNC), community activist and volunteer.

He has resided in the Larchmont Village area of Los Angeles since 2000, and lives with his partner of 12 years, Michael Walkoski.

Over the next few months Larchmont Buzz will be profiling the candidates for the race to replace LA City Councilmember Tom LaBonge when he is termed out in 2015 .
