Valero Banksy Sells at Auction
The Banksy mural from the former Valero on Beverly Boulevard and La Brea sold to an anonymous bidder at auction last week for $209,000.

Whimsic Alley and Warner Bros Reach a Pre-Trial Settlement
Good news for a local business. The LA Times reports that Whimsic Alley and Warner Bros. have agreed to an undisclosed settlement – effectively dismissing the trial that was slated to begin in January.
Warner Bros. filed the law suit back in March of this year. The law suit alleged that Whimsic Alley was infringing on the studio’s Harry Potter trademarks.
