Traffic through Hollywood will be heavy due to the Carnival from the Caribbean Parade and Festival. The parade starts promptly at 11a and Hollywood Boulevard between Ivar and Normandie will be closed. Closures will follow the parade and traffic will be allowed through intermittently during the event.
