There’s an interesting web series that helps give local bands a unique platform for getting on the radar of Angeleno music lovers. The series – called Knock and Rock – showcases local Los Angeles bands going door to door in a variety of neighborhoods trying to convince strangers to let them play a few songs in their house.
It appears that a band called “Radars to the Sky” was successful in convincing families around Ridgewood Place to participate! Â It’s cool to see families so willing to be a part of this cultural experiment…I would like to think that we would be so welcoming but I would need a few minutes to get over the shock of it all.
The band scored three winning neighborhood families who shared their homes and some of their time. It looks like the families got some fun entertainment in return. The video below showcases a particularly talented family with the skills to join in. I hope the band takes the little drummer on the road!
You can check out the rest of the band’s neighborhood visit by checking out the Knock and Rock website here.
