Just a quick reminder that the opening celebration for Flannel, the Australian women’s clothing brand that recently debuted its latest Southern California location at 134 N. Larchmont, will be held tonight (Saturday, August 13) from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
The shop is also the second to open in the Larchmont Mercantile, formerly the Lipson Building, which recently completed a major renovation.
Neighbors are invited to stop by the opening event to check out the new venue and the brand’s “chic loungewear collection of pieces that could easily transition from home to the streets, uncompromising in both comfort and style.” According to Elise Williams, one of the store managers who spoke to the Buzz earlier this week, the line is also designed to appeal to a wide range of ages, with an eye toward luxury lounge resort-style clothing in a classic silhouette.
“Our store has been in Venice for over 10 years, so we have large following on the Westside of the city, so it’s nice to have a location on this side of the city and bring the brand to more people,” said Williams.
