Larchmont is getting ready for Halloween. Judging from a quick walk up and down the boulevard where we noticed some spooky store windows, neighbors need look no further than Larchmont for all your Halloween supplies. If you haven’t gotten motivated to decorate, check out Larchmont for some inspiration. These are just a few windows that caught our eye, feel free to send us your festive Halloween inspirations.
Pumpkins abound at Larchmont’s very own pumpkin patch which is also in full swing with Face Painting today from 1-3pm. Next weekend there will be a Haunted House on Friday from 6-9pm; a petting zoo and pony rides on Saturday, October 22 from 1-3pm; another Haunted House on Friday, October 28 from 6-9pm and a pumpkin carving contest on Saturday, October 29 from 1-2pm.
The pumpkin patch is staffed by volunteers from the Wilshire Rotary. Proceeds from the patch support Rotarian scholarships for schools and sports leagues in the community.
Not to be missed is the LBA’s annual Larchmont Family Fair is two weeks from Sunday, on October 30 from 12 noon to 5:30 pm.  The annual tradition features rides, food and game booths, a costume contest, a talent show, and a pie baking and pie eating contest among the amusements. Local business owners, members of the Larchmont Boulevard Association (LBA)  sponsor the fair rides and booths. All the proceeds benefit the non-profits who participate.

I’m just wondering will there be the Halloween fair on larchmont this year . It’s very confusing to see when and what time the events will be. That’s if there will be one this year.
Yes — The Larchmont Family Fair is definitely happening. It’s Sunday, October 30 from 12 noon – 5:30 pm.
Can you please tell me the hours for trick-or-treating on Halloween this year?
Thank you,
Kelly
There are no official hours, though the informal start is generally around dusk (very young kids may go a bit earlier, but it’s up to parents when to take them).
