The 2019 Hancock Park Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., in the Collins Room of Marlborough School, 250 S. Rossmore Ave.  Light refreshments will be served.  Parking is available in the school parking facility.

At the meeting, City Council Member David Ryu will present his proposal for a multi-faceted approach to the fight against homelessness in L.A.  Homelessness is a tragedy that affects all of Los Angeles and every neighborhood. Come hear Councilman Ryu’s plan for the City.

In addition, we will hear from several of our HPHA committee members on neighborhood issues, including:

  • Neighborhood infrastructure repairs
  • New traffic mitigations
  • Highland Ave. median and parkway tree programs
  • Neighborhood watch and security updates
  • Filming and the recently adopted FILMLA Special Conditions for our neighborhood

We are also planning to provide an update on current city and state land use proposals, and possible impacts for our neighborhood.

And, finally, representatives from LAPD and our private security companies will be available before and after the meeting to answer questions about the services they provide. Be sure to ask about any trials being offered to new SSA customers.

Please plan to join us!
