The LA Times featured an ultramodern home in Hancock Park, “masked by a Spanish bungalow” in their “Hot Property: Home of the Day” section on Monday.
The 3000 sq ft, four bedroom home at 521 N McCadden Place looms like a sheer wall just beyond the quaint single level Spanish facade, no doubt pushing the limits of the area’s HPOZ (Historic Preservation Overlay Zone) which is intended to preserve the street’s historic character.
