A walk around Silver Lake Reservoir Complex is next in LADWP’s series of reservoir walks. Join LADWP leaders and learn about the City’s water supply, infrastructure, and L.A.’s water future.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 27 from 8 am-11 am. Check in at 8am in the area by the gate located across from 2141 Silver Lake Boulevard.
No promises, but it seems that this might be a nice opportunity to hear some of the ideas that are percolating for what will become of the Silver Lake Reservoir after it is phased out in favor of the DWP’s nearby Headworks underground reservoirs – currently under construction to meet new environmental regulations.
