Owner Michael Khemlani and his wife Nisha set up his shop at the Market after a health condition made a major impact on his diet. Unable to use salt or sugar, he set out to find alternative ways to flavorfully season his food. Sourcing products from all over the world, Michael set up a factory where he could produce sauces and healthy, high quality spices that were also sugar-free and salt-free.
