Brothers Collateral May Close by Week’s End

Back in December, we wrote about how the owners of Brothers Collateral, a fixture at Melrose and Cahuenga for more than 40 years, were winding down and planning to retire, and anticipated closing the store soon.  We learned today from Myrna Gintel, wife of co-owner Rudy Gintel, that the store is finally in its very last days, and may close by the end of this week. So if you’re planning one last visit, this would be the time to do it.  Gintel said there are many good treasures left to be sold, and shared photos of some of them, including jewelry, art, cameras, musical instruments and more.  Last chance for some great bargains!
